Productivity is important in any organization. It is more important in defense sector and its related organizations because of their direct and indirect relation with the countries security. This paper aims to examine productivity in Ghadir investment company as the only investment company owned by military forces and one of the biggest ones in the country. The study has been accomplished for the period 1390 to 1395 for five same level investment companies in Tehran Bourse using Malm Quist method. Results show that the productivity of the company has been increasing during 1391 to 1393, but in 1394 and 1395 has decreased. It is also shown that the rank of Ghadir company among these 5 companies has been 2nd, 3rd, 1st and 5th in years 1391, 1392, 1393, 1394 and 1395 respectively.
