Solutions for using the power of ICT knowledge-based companies to improve the economic defense capability of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

Knowledge-based economy is one of the basic pillars of resistance economy and economic defense. The basic elements in this economy are knowledge-based companies. Among these companies, ICT companies both in terms of income and in terms of number, have the largest share among knowledge-based companies.This study seeks to find solutions for further use of the capacity of knowledge-based companies and especially knowledge-based companies of ICT in improving the economic defense capacity of the IRI. The study, conducted using the grounded theory research method, uses library resources as well as interviews with a group of experts in the field of economic defense and knowledge-based ICT companies to gather information. Then, using open coding, axial coding and selective coding of raw data, it becomes the theory of research and the desired solutions. In this study, a total of 502 concepts were extracted in the open coding process, which were reduced to 283 main concepts after analysis and standardization. Eventually, these concepts became the 11 main categories and 69 sub-categories, and then categories were considered as the 6 main phenomena in the graphical coding model in the axial coding process. Finally, creating a comprehensive network between knowledge-based companies, government, military and industrial centers, training and maintaining Human resources of knowledge, deepening the relationship between industry and academia, financing knowledge-based companies, solving problems of knowledge-based companies and helping to make markets and export was presented as solutions of using the power of ICT knowledge-based companies in economic defense.
